If you choose to use the device in one focused section, depending on your skin type you may feel a warming sensation. If the skin does not feel too hot, you can continue to use the device without issue. Should you feel discomfort, please cease using the device on that section.

Yes. The electrical resistance of the skin varies depending on the area of the face, such as forehead, cheek, and so on.

The intensity of the plasma application varies slightly. You may notice the sound from the device change in volume – this is completely normal.

Depending on your skin type, you may feel a slight prickling sensation while using the Plabeau device. However, this does not change the efficacy product at all and can be used as normal. If the sensation becomes painful, please check to make sure that you do not have any residue moisture left on your skin, and scan that area of your skin more quickly.

It is normal to feel a slight prickling sensation while using the Plabeau. Each user will feel varying levels of this sensation depending on how sensitive their skin is. If you feel an abnormal level of prickling, please check to see if you have any moisture residue on your skin, and slowly progress your usage time from shorter to longer sessions.

We generally recommend you use the Plabeau 1-2 times a day for 5-10 minute sessions each. However, it is completely safe to use the device several times a day. Please note that Plabeau is most effective when you use it regularly everyday rather than several times a day.

In order to ensure that plasma is effectively generated on your skin, make sure to completely cleanse and dry your skin prior to using the device.
