Shipping within Metro Manila is P120 payable to the courier upon delivery.

Provincial Deliveries:

Shipping is dependent on the volume of your order. For 1-2 devices, the courier charges 120 pesos. For 3 devices & above, it ranges from 150 – 350 pesos. Shipping fees are payable to the courier upon delivery.

The Plapet takes approximately one hour to fully charge. The Plapet can be used about 5 to 6 times, 8 minutes per session, after being fully charged.

Please be sure to switch off your Plapet after use, or else the built-in battery may die out if left on. Please switch the device to OFF once the blue LED light begins to blink.

Please remove any metallic accessories from your pet (collar, name tags, leash, etc.) before using the Plapet.

Please fully dry your pet before using the Plapet, and avoid areas with moisture such as the eyes, nose, mouth, and so on!

Please use the Plapet device prior to applying any other topical treatments/fur care products. In fact, the plasma treatment can increase the absorption of the topical treatments.

We generally recommend you use the Plapet 1-2 times a day for 8 minute sessions each. However, it is completely safe to use the device several times a day. Please note that your pet may have sensitive skin, so we recommend starting with shorter sessions and slowly working up to longer sessions.

Yes, the sound is coming from the plasma generation in the Plapet device.

The Plapet generates plasma ions which are known to produce slight metallic odor. The odor is a completely natural byproduct of ion generation and is completely harmless!
