Returns & Exchange
Experiencing problems with your device? We are accommodating requests for returns within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Note that we are only accepting returns due to factory defects, refund requests due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Item/s must be in the same condition upon receipt, must come in the original packaging with its proof of purchase.

All you have to do is email our customer service at customerservice@plabio.com.ph with the following details and we will get back to you the soonest that we can.

  1. Customer Name
  2. SI / DR Number
  3. Contact Number
  4. Device Serial Number 
  5. Problem experienced with the device

Kindly wait for the approval of the return and/or exchange from our team before you send your item to our warehouse for inspection. Once approved, we will notify you through e-mail or SMS where you can send your device. Any applicable delivery fee/s will be shouldered by the sender. 

If your item has been with you past seven (7) days, it is no longer accepted for return or exchange but will instead be covered under our device warranty.

 

Device Warranty
Our products are manufactured and thoroughly inspected through a stringent quality control process. However, we understand that there are uncontrollable factors that may affect the performance of our products.

We understand how important warranty is in buying tech products especially for those manufactured abroad. No worries, we got you. We strictly comply with international standards and guarantee warranty coverage within one (1) year from the date of purchase of the product. 

We have a team of experts that will inspect, repair or replace your item as needed. However, our warranty coverage is not possible when the following occurs:

  1. Warranty period has passed
  2. If problem resulted from not following instructions in the user manual
  3. When device is damaged due to customer negligence
  4. When a device is damaged due to water (This device and all its components cannot be washed with water.)

If you need to avail of our warranty service, you may message us through Facebook Messenger or email our customer service at customerservice@plabio.com.ph with the following details and we will get back to you the soonest that we can.

  1. Customer Name
  2. SI / DR Number. If already misplaced, you may just give us the estimated date of purchase so we can easily trace your account.
  3. Contact Number
  4. Device Serial Number 
  5. Problem experienced with the device

 

Delivery Information
We provide complimentary pick up and delivery for devices with defect concerns covered under the device warranty. However, if you do decide to return your device due to factory defect, any applicable delivery charges are shouldered by the customer, which can be deducted from the disbursement amount.

If you experience problems with the device past the warranty period, you can still contact our customer service with the same format. We are more than happy to help you with your needed repairs!
