Returns & Exchange

Experiencing problems with your device? We are accommodating request for returns within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Note that we are only accepting returns due to factory defects, refund requests due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Item must be in the same condition upon receipt, must come in the original packaging with its proof of purchase.

All you have to do is email our customer service at plabioph@gmail.com with the following details and we will get back to you the soonest that we can.

  2. SI / DR Number
  3. Contact Number
  4. Item Serial Number 
  5. Problem experienced with the device

Kindly wait for the approval of the return and/or exchange from our team before you send your item to our warehouse for inspection. Once approved, we will notify you through e-mail or SMS where you can send your device. Any applicable delivery fee/s will be shouldered by the sender. 

If your item has been with you past seven (7) days, it is no longer accepted for return or exchange but will instead be covered under our device warranty.

 

Device Warranty

Our products are manufactured and thoroughly inspected through a stringent quality control process. However, we understand that there are uncontrollable factors that may affect the performance of our products.

We understand how important warranty is in buying tech products especially for those manufactured abroad. No worries, we got you. We strictly comply with international standards and guarantee warranty coverage within one (1) year from the date of purchase of the product. 

We have a team of experts that will inspect, repair or replace your item as needed. However, our warranty coverage is not possible when the following occurs:

  1. Warranty period has passed
  2. If problem resulted from not following instructions in the user manual
  3. When device is damaged due to customer negligence
  4. When device is damaged due to water (This device and all its components cannot be washed with water.)

  2. SI / DR Number. If already misplaced, you may just give us the estimated date of purchase so we can easily trace your account.

If you experience problems with the device past the warranty period, you can still contact our customer service with the same format. We are more than happy to help you with your needed repairs!
